What are the internal and external measurements for the thick and thin rubber base grommets?

Thin Rubber Base Grommets
115mm internal circumference
135mm external circumference

Thick Rubber Base Grommets
108mm internal circumference
143mm external circumference

The measurements above are not accurate but good as,
This is due to when the rubber grommets are formed they slightly change shape when cooling.

Remember it rubber so if the grommet is loose then you can wrapped with insulation tape around the stem to make it thicker.
