Faulty, damaged or broken Products

We take great care in making sure that your new product/s is/are packaged securely so that you can enjoy your experience.

In the unfortunate event that your new product arrives damaged or broken.
Please submit a ticket to us and select 'After-Sales Support' from the category drop down, include your details, order number, a short description and attach some images of the damage using the form.

Once we have received your ticket and reviewed and assessed your images of the damage, we will arrange for a replacement.
