How to choose compatible replacement parts and the correct size
Shisha parts are not universally interchangeable. Bowls and hoses often use common connection styles, but glass bases, stems, trays, valves, threaded parts and decorative fittings may be specific to a model or production version.
Before ordering a replacement, identify:
- the manufacturer and complete model name;
- the part that needs replacing;
- whether the connection is threaded, push-fit or held by a rubber grommet;
- the internal and external measurements in millimetres;
- the thread diameter and direction, where relevant; and
- the size and number of any valve ball bearings.
Measure the actual connection rather than the widest part of the component. A clear ruler or calliper photograph can help confirm the measurement.
If you do not know the model, send our support team:
1. a photograph of the complete shisha;
2. close photographs of the connection from several angles;
3. photographs of the original part, including any markings;
4. the required measurements; and
5. the approximate purchase date or order number, if available.
Do not force a replacement component into place. Excess pressure can damage glass, threads, seals or welded joints. A loose push-fit connection may require the correct grommet rather than a different glass base or hose.
Some older models no longer have manufacturer-specific spare parts. In those cases, we may be able to recommend a standard bowl, hose or grommet, but the appearance and fit may not exactly match the original.
Compatibility advice is based on the information and measurements provided. If the product page does not explicitly list your model, contact us before ordering.
